Why should I choose a mattress from the Cambridge Collection?

The Cambridge Collection was designed with input from a White Dove employee with lower back issues. It features a tri-zoned coil system with extra support in the lower back area and a built-in posture lumbar pillow. This design helps back sleepers relax their back muscles at night and supports better spine alignment for side sleepers by gently lifting your waist. It’s all about providing extra comfort and support where you need it most!

I noticed that the Cambridge innerspring beds have only 8 hand tufts, while others have more. Why?

The Cambridge Collection uses 8 hand tufts focused on the center third of the mattress. This helps keep the posture pillow in place and compresses the foam layer for extra support. If we tufted the entire mattress, this specialized feature would be lost. Plus, the center tufts align with the movement of adjustable bed units for added convenience.

Does the Cambridge Collection have a firm seating edge, and why is it important?

Yes, all Cambridge mattresses feature a high-density foam encasement around the perimeter. This creates a firm seating edge that’s great for sitting on the edge of the bed or getting in and out. It also ensures you can sleep right up to the edge without that “rolling out” feeling, maximizing your sleeping area for added comfort.
